All of our applications are processed by Weimark, a third-party company that is a trusted leader in applicant background screening. When applying, you will find a secure link provided by Weimark that is generated by the Credit Bureaus, allowing your information and uploaded documents to be handled securely andconfidently. Please note, Weimark charges a $20 processing fee per applicant. Upon submission, our office will process the application to the property’s management for their review and approval.

The NYC rental market is highly competitive and fast paced. When you see a place you like, lock it in before someone else does by submitting a good faith deposit to secure your place in line. When a deposit is submitted, the apartment is immediately taken off the market within our brokerage. If you get approved for the apartment, the deposit will go towards your first month’s rent payment. If you do not get approved, the deposit is refunded to you. In addition, the deposit is refundable should none of the following apply:

• Applicant fails to submit required documentation within 72 hours

• Applicant fails to sign the lease after being approved

• Applicant withdraws their application after being approved by the management
